Some things you should know about our returns policy:

What qualifies for a return?
Unfortunately, due to the nature of our products, not every product will qualify to be returned under our returns policy. We will however accept:
  • products that have been defectively manufactured, or have developed a defect, which makes it unfit for the purpose for which it is meant or,

  • products that have been damaged in transit or,

  • non-sale items (products purchased at full retail price).

How long do I have to return a defective product?
  • 30 days from the date of delivery, however,

  • the buyer must notify Active Medical within 7 days of the products becoming defective.

What kind of refund can I expect?
You can take your pick from:
  • store credit or,
  • replacement of the original order or,
  • a monetary refund in the form of the method of payment.
How do I log my request for a refund/exchange?
In order for us to successfully process the refund/exchange, we would need you to:
  • notify us via email with a copy of your invoice with,

  • photgraphs of the defects with,

  • the original packaging

* We will cover the postage fee for the product to be returned.

How long before I receive my refund/exchange?
All refunds/exchanges will be handled within 5-10 working days from the date of return.
